By accessing or using this website ("Site") and our travel-related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.
We provide travel planning, booking assistance, and related travel services for cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and transportation. We act as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors ("Suppliers").
We do not own or operate any travel services or accommodations.
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information when booking
• Review all confirmations, invoices, and travel documents promptly
• Comply with all travel Supplier rules, policies, and regulations
• Verify passport, visa, and entry requirements for all destinations
• Be responsible for required travel insurance (recommended but not mandatory unless specified by Supplier)
Failure to follow requirements may result in denied boarding, travel delays, or cancellation at the client’s expense.
• Payments are processed through Suppliers or authorized payment partners
• Deposits, final payments, and due dates vary by Supplier
• Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation
• All agency fees, planning fees, and Supplier charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Chargebacks or payment disputes against Supplier payments may result in cancellation and collection actions.
• All cancellations, changes, and refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Supplier cancellation policies apply and may include penalties
• Agency fees and planning fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for canceled trips due to weather, strikes, emergencies, pandemics, governmental actions, or Supplier operational decisions
Client must ensure compliance with travel requirements, including:
• Passports valid for at least 6 months beyond return date
• Required visas or authorizations
• Vaccinations, medical requirements, and health protocols
We are not responsible for losses due to failure to comply with travel rules.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against trip interruption, medical expenses, baggage loss, Supplier default, or travel emergencies. Declining insurance shifts responsibility to the client.
We are not liable for:
• Acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, injury, loss, or damage during travel
• Force majeure events (weather, disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Losses resulting from your failure to follow instructions or requirements
To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the booked service.
We strive for accuracy, but travel information (prices, availability, policies, schedules) may change without notice. We are not responsible for Supplier policy changes, pricing errors, or website inaccuracies.
All content on this Site—including text, logos, branding, and designs—is owned by us and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you consent to our data practices.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, and you waive the right to a court trial or class action.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
