Welcome to Frantastic Trips and Travel! I am Fran Taft, the proud owner and operator of Frantastic Trips and Travel LLC First and foremost, I am a married mother of 3 wonderful kids. These cuties make my world go 'round and I love passing my love of geography and travel on to them! I am able to do this not only by being a dedicated and passionate travel professional, but also as a homeschooling mom. I am able to use travel opportunities, near and far, to teach my littles about this big, beautiful world of ours! All of this means that I am a woman who can multitask! Most importantly, as a mom who understands the importance of creating and capturing unforgettable travel experiences, I am able to add a little care and personal touch to each of my customer's vacations. It brings me so much joy to help you discover the world and make your dream vacations a reality!

Growing up in a large family in small town Texas, extensive travel was not anything we ever really experienced. One of my highlights as a kid was our annual trips to Houston, TX. While the trips seem to take an eternity (are we there yet??), we always had the best time staying in upscale hotels with family and friends. It gave us an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones we did not see often. We made lots of new friends and memories that make me laugh to this day. As I got older, there were road trips to Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico and Colorado to name a few. Can you tell we like to road trip? There's nothing like putting on my tunes and looking at the tapestry of the beautiful country we live in. My hardest obstacle in travel as I got older was convincing others to come with me. Once I got my family onboard, there was no holding us back. We love traveling, particularly by sea, to destinations near and far to absorb the culture and beauty of each country we visit. It also helps that our kids like experiences and not things. I think we'll keep 'em.
